1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bbjl5 ("bbjl5," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bbjl5.net (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the bbjl5 Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and use of promotional offers.

2 Eligibility

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

By registering on bbjl5, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. bbjl5 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming on bbjl5, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. The following rules apply to all bbjl5 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one bbjl5 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bbjl5 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: bbjl5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals to GCash are typically completed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: bbjl5 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering, or review of bonus wagering requirements.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any encumbrance. The use of funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bbjl5 does not accept third-party deposits and will return any such funds to their source.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bbjl5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• bbjl5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• bbjl5 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings that were awarded in error or as a result of a technical malfunction.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the bbjl5 Platform:

• All bets placed on bbjl5 are final once confirmed. bbjl5 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• bbjl5 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games. Live dealer games are streamed from professionally managed studios with trained dealers. All game outcomes are independently verifiable and free from manipulation.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, bbjl5 will apply its disconnection policy as displayed in the relevant game rules. bbjl5 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. bbjl5 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• bbjl5 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed after the relevant event or game round has concluded.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbjl5 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated cheating.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the bbjl5 Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access your bbjl5 account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbjl5 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of bbjl5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the bbjl5 Platform without prior written consent from bbjl5.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

bbjl5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is available at bbjl5.net/privacy-policy.

By registering on bbjl5, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. bbjl5 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

bbjl5's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbjl5 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

bbjl5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable regulatory holds.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bbjl5 Platform shall first be submitted to bbjl5's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bbjl5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bbjl5 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bbjl5 Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
